The Scratch-off prize is being re-named. The new name will be "Lucky Dog" in keeping with the NASCAR terminology. NASCAR's Lucky Dog rule states that the first driver one lap down automatically gets his lap back when the caution comes out. Our Pool "Lucky Dog" will now be the scratch-off winner. | |
